Do you make cookies for friends or neighbors this time of year? I usually like to pick 2 or 3 sweet treats to make for my neighbors, postman, dog sitter, etc… Just a little something to say “thank you”.
I’ve made some of the recipes that I’m sharing with you today. And some are ones that I found recently and would love to try this year.
First up, the tried and true sugar cookie from Damn Delicious.
Next is my husband’s personal favorite…the peanut butter blossom from Betty Crocker.
Who loves peppermint bark? This girl right here! Here’s a no-bake peppermint bark cookie recipe from The Suburban Soapbox.
What says Christmas more than gingerbread men? I made gingerbread men cookies earlier this month, but I bought the pre-made mix from the store. I think I’ll try my hand at this recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction.
Next up, hot cocoa cookies from Glorious Treats!
My 9 year old loves to watch Food Network, particularly baking shows. The other night she was watching a Christmas cookie competition and someone made melting snowman cookies similar to these from My Frugal Adventures. Cute, right?!
Are you drooling yet?! Well, I’ve still got a couple of more to share with you. How about these chewy ginger molasses cookies from Gimme Some Oven!
Technically this last one is not a cookie. However, I’ve been making them for the past 6 years and they’re always a huge hit. So I felt like they needed to be included in this list. 🙂 Feast your eyes on these Oreo truffles from Cooking Classy.
