I don’t know about you, but I’ve been listening to Christmas music since our drive home on Thanksgiving night. I have an eclectic taste in music…anything from blue grass to classical to rock. So it only makes sense that my favorite Christmas songs are from all types of artists. I created an Amazon playlist that lasts a little over 2 hours, but here are my top hits! What are some of your favorite Christmas songs?
Happy Friday everyone! Including today, there are only 3 more Fridays until Christmas!! Are you ready? I’ve got all my gifts bought, but I haven’t wrapped a single one. That’s on my to-do list for next week. 😉
Today, I want to share some of the most beautifully decorated trees that I’ve come across on the blogosphere. I’m not gonna lie…I’ve got a little Christmas tree envy. These 5 trees are stunning! Wanna see?
I’m about to get all “science-y” on you today. Is that even a word…science-y? Well, I’m going with it! I’ve been doing a lot of research on these essential oils that you see me post about and I want to share something with you all that I think is so cool. Are you ready?
Everything in nature vibrates. Vibration can be defined as ‘a periodic motion of the particles of an elastic body or medium in alternately opposite directions from the position of equilibrium when that equilibrium has been disturbed’. Simply put, our bodies and everything in the environment are made up of trillions of tiny molecules, all constantly cycling and moving, emitting a vibrational energy. As the cycle of energy vibrates at a more frequent rate, the vibrational frequency raises. Vibrational frequency is measured in megahertz (MHz).
Healthy human body: 62+ MHz
Illness begins: 58 MHz
Receptive to cancer: 42 MHz
Death begins: 25 MHz
When we consume things that have frequency (plants and other living things), we can increase our body’s frequency, which can increase our health. Diffusing or inhaling an essential oil with a high frequency may also help raise your own vibrational frequency.
Processed or canned foods: 0 MHz
Fresh produce: 10-15 MHz
Dry herbs: 12-22 MHz
Fresh herbs: 20-27 MHz
Therapeutic grade essential oils: 52-320 MHz
Negative thoughts decrease our frequency by up to 12 MHz. Prayer/meditation increase our frequency by up to 15 MHz.
I hope you enjoyed our science lesson today! I’m going to go add some frankincense to my diffuser now and think happy thoughts the rest of the day. 🙂
